Phelsuma quadriocellata

This pretty peaceful specie can hardly be bred, but the keeping is easy. The specie looks like Phelsuma madagascariensis, but it has dark points behind its front legs, which make it look like a gecko with four eyes.  

It grows to a length of 12 cm and needs a terrarium with 90 l. The Phelsuma quadriocellata likes a temperature of 24 - 29° C and an atmospheric humidity between 40 and 75 %.
